After a false start last weekend, the Futsal Premier League Open Women’s competition kicks off this weekend with an engrossing set of fixtures ahead of us in round two of the competition.

Let’s take a quick look at what is ahead of us this weekend around the venues.

Our featured match this weekend which will include a match report is between Eastern Suburbs Hakoah and Macarthur Quake. These two were separated by two positions on the table last season and will be around the Semi-Final conversation this season. The game also marking the first competitive fixture at the Heffron Centre for the hosts.

Elsewhere, Boomerangs FS will return to the competition after their absence for a season hosting Dural Warriors. Possessing some of the best talent in Capital Football, expect them to entertain in the season ahead. While Dural Warriors will have multiple players backing up from the League One Women’s grand final last weekend.

Yeah, we told you the fixtures were engrossing! A grand final rematch takes place at PCYC Dee Why as UTS Northside host Mascot Vipers. The Vipers will be looking for revenge from that day in which UTS Northside prevailed. Potentially the game of the weekend, make sure you get to this one if you can.

Finally, Enfield Allstars host Mountain Majik at Morris Iemma Indoor SC. Both sides spent last season building a foundation for their 2023 season and we will get our first look at them here. Plenty of intrigue when it comes to these two, who will prevail in this round two meeting?
