Nowra hosts successful NSW First Nations Football Festival

It was all smiles at this year’s First Nations Football Festival held at the South Nowra Complex as the tournament proved to be a smash hit in what was a memorable experience for the hundreds of players, coaches, referees, administrators, and spectators celebrating our proud First Nations community.

Taking place on the 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th of November, First Nations teams which included men’s and women’s sides from across NSW saw participants from Newcastle, Central Coast and the South Coast engage in the world game in what was a memorable tournament experience for all involved.

A special celebrity match also took shape which saw First Nations role models, NSWFNFF participants, Football NSW and Football Australia staff all engage in a fun and entertaining match.

Congratulations to all the winners as the tournament looks set to host an even bigger spectacle in 2024.
