Promotion on Kos’ mind
It’s been a massive year thus far for League One Women’s outfit Mt Druitt Town Rangers who raced out the blocks in the hopes of winning promotion to the NPL in 2025.
One player that has played an integral role in keeping this dream alive has been defender Emily Kos.
The 27-year-old has really enjoyed her debut season with the Rangers as she spoke highly of the team exclusively on Kick-Off, the Football NSW official Competitions Podcast, highly about the team culture that has driven the girls to success so far.
“We’ve built such an amazing team culture that is reflecting on the pitch as you can see we really fight for each other week in week out, it’s been a really incredible season for us so far.”
The club currently sits top of the Club Championship in the race for promotion ahead of SD Raiders and Hills United.
