APIA FC Futsal face off against Sydney Futsal Club down at Valentine Sports Park on Saturday afternoon.

They featured in the Match of the Round last weekend and beat Phoenix Futsal Club 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Isabella Stinziani scored a brace in the win and she is equal second in the Golden Boot race with 17 goals thus far.

APIA FC Futsal are cemented in fourth spot in the Futsal Premier League 2 Open Women’s ladder and might use this game as a warmup.

Sydney Futsal Club were 5-1 winners against Macarthur Quake Futsal Club in Minto last weekend.

Cynthia Coghlan has 24 goals this campaign and she will likely pick up the Golden Boot this season.

The visitors were held to a 4-4 draw back in Round 7 and hope to get some revenge in their travels this weekend.

Phoenix Futsal Club vs Macarthur Quake Futsal Club, Saturday 7 December, 3:40pm, The Centre – Dural

Phoenix Futsal Club welcome Macarthur Quake Futsal Club to The Centre – Dural on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts battled hard in their 3-0 loss to APIA FC Futsal in the Match of the Round last weekend.

Georgina Sarkissian had the majority of chances for Phoenix in the game and she will feature heavily again on Saturday.

These two sides played out a pulsating 5-5 draw in their last clash and hopefully Saturday will be a repeat performance.

Quake were beaten 5-1 against Sydney Futsal Club at Minto Indoor Sports Centre last Saturday afternoon.

Angelique Lynch was their goal scorer in the loss and she has been a good target for the Quake in attack.

Three points for the Quake can lift them off the bottom of the Futsal Premier League 2 Open Women’s ladder.
