 Personal Accident Insurance 2024/25

The Personal Accident Insurance aligns this year with the National Insurance Program, ensuring that cover remains in place for Capital Benefits, Non-Medicare Medical expenses, Loss of Income and other policy benefits, and ensures the sustainability of the program for FNSW and its associations, clubs and participants.

Lodging claims will remain the same via the National online claims portal, with the Club Declaration form still to be downloaded by the claimant and then signed by the club to confirm the injury was sustained during official participation and to confirm the claimant was registered at time of injury.  Once signed by the club, the Club Declaration is then returned to the claimant to be uploaded into the claims portal to complete the claim process.

Public & Product Liability and Management Liability Insurance 2024/25

Public and Product Liability insurance is designed to help protect insured entities if a third party claims they have suffered a serious injury, or their property has been damaged due to the insured’s negligent activities.

Management Liability insurance (previously referred to as Directors & Officers insurance) is designed to help protect the insured entity and management if insured entities against alleged or actual Wrongful acts.  This is a ‘claims made’ policy which requires the club to notify Gow-Gates and/or the insurer if at any time it becomes aware of circumstances which may or could result in a claim under the policy.
