Women’s Winter Futsal League competition kicks off in style

It’s been a promising start to the inaugural Women’s Winter Futsal League competition, which kicked off in late April.
Hosted at Valentine Sports Park on Saturdays, the six-team competition has seen the likes of clubs such as Canterbury Bankstown, Mountain Majik, Mascot Vipers, Mosaic Metros, Sydney Allstars and UTS Northside compete for the right to be crowed 2025 Winter Futsal League Champions.
“I am really happy that we have been able to deliver our women’s division of the Winter Futsal League and it’s great to see how much this competition is thriving,” said Football NSW Futsal Manager Jordan Guerriero.
“What I am very keen to see is how the more experienced players can be role models to the younger generation coming through as they have the opportunity to play together and pass on their knowledge and experience.”
