Football NSW recently delivered an intensive three-day Coach Education Tutor (CET) workshop bringing together 16 CETs from across various Member Associations.

Held in a residential format, the workshop was led by FIFA Technical Expert Sean Douglas, offering participants a unique opportunity to deepen their skills in creating impactful learning environments for coaching course attendees.

The event, hosted by Football NSW, focused on modern methodologies in coach education, including interactive delivery techniques, learner-centred approaches, and strategies to enhance engagement across coaching courses.
