Mountain Majik have confirmed its status as the best club in Football NSW’s inaugural Winter Futsal League Women’s competition defeating the Mascot Vipers 6-2 at Valentine Sports Park last Saturday.

Both teams came into the final in fantastic form which made this encounter that more tantalising.

It was the Vipers who started the better of the two taking the early lead thanks to a nice goal from Tess Olsen after six minutes.

It was a wake up call the Majik needed as they scored four unanswered goals with Jakeelie Hook, Zoe Anderson, Gemma Morgan and Monique Holder getting amongst the scorers list.

It didn’t stop there for the marauding Majik who scored a further two goals with Morgan and Holder adding to their tally while Trudy Camilleri added a consolation for the Vipers.

It was a great ending to what was a very successful Winter Futsal League Women’s competition with Football NSW hoping to go bigger and better in 2026.
