Club Technical Development Coordinator – Boys
Lead the implementation of the Club Standards & Benchmarking framework in the Boys Youth League. Drive excellence throughout the FNSW pathway through Club Technical, Coach and Player development.

Advance the development of NSW’s talented goalkeepers, oversee coach education delivery, and expand the goalkeeper talent pool.

Casual Roles

Technical Football Administrator
Support Coach Education and Player Development programs. Ideal for an organised and driven football administrator looking to grow in the technical space. 14-21 hrs per week.

Future Sapphires Program – Coaches
Coach and mentor female talent in NSW’s flagship Future Sapphires Program. Weekly training, talent identification, and Emerging Matildas Championship involvement.

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience in talented player or elite football development
-FA/AFC B Licence or higher
-Deep knowledge of the Football NSW pathways & club landscape
-Strong communication, leadership & organisational skills.
-Commitment to child safety standards
-Exclusive to FNSW (no NPL Club alignment for the season)
