PILA Goalposts Renews Partnership with Football NSW Through 2027
PILA Sports, Australia’s market leader in football goalposts and sports field equipment, has renewed its long-standing partnership with Football NSW through to the end of 2027, extending the relationship to an impressive 18 consecutive years.
Under the renewed agreement, PILA will continue as the exclusive Official Goalpost Partner of Football NSW and Valentine Sports Park, supplying best-in-class goalpost systems and football infrastructure to elite venues and grassroots facilities across New South Wales.
PILA is Australia’s largest and most established manufacturer of commercial sports field equipment, delivering the country’s most comprehensive range of football goalposts, on-field infrastructure and training accessories. PILA football goalposts are supplied nationally from its large Sydney manufacturing facility, located adjacent to the football fields at Cromer Park.
With more than 40 years of manufacturing expertise, PILA equipment sets the national benchmark for safety, durability and compliance. PILA goalposts are specified at Australia’s most prominent venues, including Stadium Australia, Valentine Sports Park and The Home of the Matildas, as well as thousands of local council, club and school grounds nationwide.
“PILA has been a valued and trusted partner of Football NSW for many years,” said Football NSW CEO John Tsatsimas.
“Their leadership in product quality, safety and innovation, combined with their ongoing support of grassroots football, continues to strengthen the game across our state. We’re pleased to extend this partnership and see more clubs benefit from PILA’s Australian Made solutions.”
The partnership has also delivered practical innovation in football infrastructure, including the co-development of customised behind-goal netting systems at Valentine Sports Park, further reinforcing PILA’s position as an industry leader in fit-for-purpose football facilities.
As part of the renewed agreement, PILA will continue to deliver its annual national Goalpost Subsidy Program, open to all Football NSW clubs and associations. Successful applicants receive a $500 subsidy towards the purchase of new PILA goalposts, supporting clubs and schools to invest in safe, FIFA-compliant infrastructure across both match-day and training environments.
