2026 Australia Cup Preliminary Round 6 Draw Released

The journey to the Hahn Australia Cup Round of 32 ramps up with the release of the Round 6 Draw of the Football NSW Preliminary Rounds, with teams now just two games away from the national stage of the competition.

Some exciting matchups are already locked in for Round 6, with eight teams confirmed and several intriguing clashes set to take shape.

One of the standout ties sees an all-association battle, as Wollongong United FC (Football South Coast) take on Southern & Ettalong United FC (Central Coast Football). Meanwhile, an all-NPL Men’s NSW clash will also headline the round, with St George FC set to face Blacktown City FC.

Elsewhere, APIA Leichhardt FC await a local Inner West matchup, as they take on the winner of Sydney University SFC and Glebe Gorillas.

Randwick City FC (Eastern Suburbs FA) will also face a tough challenge on the road, with the association side travelling to take on NPL heavyweights Sydney Olympic FC or Marconi Stallions FC.

With eight spots still to be decided, attention now turns to the remaining Round 5 fixtures, which will complete the Round 6 lineup.
