Football NSW Returns To Jubilee Stadium For 2026 Grand Final Double-Header
Football NSW is pleased to announce that the 2026 National Premier Leagues Men’s and Women’s NSW First Grade Grand Finals will be held at St George Venues Jubilee Stadium on Sunday, 13 September.
The Grand Finals will once again come together for a spectacular double-header, following the success of the inaugural NPL NSW Men’s and Women’s First Grade Grand Final double-header at Jubilee Stadium in 2025.
The 2026 schedule will see the NPL Women’s NSW Grand Final kick off at 12:00pm, followed by the NPL Men’s NSW Grand Final at 3:00pm, with kick-off times subject to change.
The decision to return to Jubilee Stadium follows the success of last year’s event, which provided players, supporters and the wider football community with a premium venue and a memorable celebration of NPL NSW football.
Renowned for its quality playing surface and excellent spectator facilities, Jubilee Stadium will once again provide the stage for some of the best football talent in the state as the 2026 NPL NSW season reaches its climax.
The Grand Finals have also shifted from their traditional Saturday scheduling in recent seasons to Sunday afternoon fixtures, with the aim of increasing attendance opportunities for players, families and supporters.
The Sunday timeslot is designed to reduce clashes with other weekend commitments, while also enhancing operational delivery by allowing the underpinning age-grade Grand Finals to be completed on Saturday.
Football NSW CEO John Tsatsimas said the organisation was delighted to return to Jubilee Stadium following the success of last year’s event.
“We’re delighted to be returning to Jubilee Stadium for the 2026 NPL NSW Men’s and Women’s Grand Finals following what was a hugely successful double-header in 2025,” Tsatsimas said.
“Last year demonstrated just how special it can be to bring the men’s and women’s Grand Finals together at a premium football venue, creating a fantastic occasion for players, families, supporters and the wider football community.
“Jubilee Stadium provides a terrific setting for these matches, and we’re excited to once again showcase the quality of football and talent that exists across NPL NSW.
“The move to a Sunday timeslot also provides an opportunity for more of our football community to attend, while allowing us to better structure the Championship Series across the weekend.
“We’re looking forward to another memorable day and celebrating the very best of NSW football at Jubilee Stadium.”
With the NPL Men’s and Women’s regular seasons entering their final stages, the announcement provides further incentive for the clubs competing for a place in the Championship Series and the ultimate prize of being crowned NPL NSW champions.
