TSP Regional Boys squads enjoy friendly hit-out
Last Sunday the regional town of Goulburn saw TSP Regional Boys squads from across the TSP Regional Centres within the Riverina, Southern and Western take part in matches against each other in a bid to play more competitive matches for the 2020 season.
Matches were held across Under 13’s, 14’s and 15 Boys in what was a fantastic day for football.
Football NSW Development Manager for Regional Football Andrew Fearnley stated the importance of such training and match day events for regional TSP squads.
“It was a great opportunity to watch all the regional players involved on Game Day as well as monitoring their progress in matches.
“In addition to their training program, it was also an opportunity to identify players who performed well as part of a constant process of looking at our next generation of stars as much as possible.”
Players will resume sessions in their TSP Training Hubs ahead of further TSP matches in April.
The Regional TSP Girls Game Day will be held on Saturday March 28th also at Goulburn.
