Football NSW is set to host its 54th Champion of Champions Finals this Saturday and Sunday at Valentine Sports Park as eighteen matches will take place in what will be a massive two-days as 36 of NSW’s cream of the crop grassroots teams will meet to determine who will be the Champion of their respective age group.

Over 300 teams participated in Football NSW’s prestigious knockout tournament as over five thousand plus players battled week in week out in the hope of landing a spot in this weekend’s prestigious Finals.

A bumper crowd from all parts of NSW is expected to soak in the sights, sounds and atmosphere on what is one of the organisation’s most popular events for grassroots football across two huge days.

In an amazing achievement, the Manly Warringah Football Association (MWFA) will field the most teams with as many as ten (10) that will hope to capture as many titles as possible for the proud area at the Northern Beaches – this is the MWFA’s second successive year they’ve had the most teams feature in this major tournament.

Alongside MWFA, Northern Suburbs FA (9), Football Canterbury (3), Eastern Suburbs FA (3) and the Sutherland Shire FA (3) will also have strong representatives at the big dance.

Sole representative clubs from the Blacktown District Soccer FA, Central Coast Football, Football South Coast, Hills Football, Macarthur FA, Nepean FA, North West Sydney FA and Albury Wodonga FA will also fight for their right to win silverware in this well-respected tournament.

A special mention to Northern Suburbs FA’s Lindfield FC who will have an incredible 7 teams pushing for glory this weekend, one of the best achievements for any club at this level while MWFA’s Belrose-Terrey Hills Raiders and Collaroy Cromer Strikers will have three teams featured this weekend.

It will be a massive day for the Wodonga Diamonds FC, hailing from the Albury Wodonga FA, their 13 Boys side will be flying the regional NSW flag on Sunday.
