For the first time in 15 years, Football NSW will not feature in the Final of the National Para Football Championships, instead preparing for a Bronze Medal showdown with Football Queensland tomorrow at 9am at the Home of the Matildas in Melbourne.

Day 3 began in emphatic fashion for the NSW squad, who stormed to a dominant 9–0 victory over Football Queensland, showcasing the attacking flair and defensive discipline that have defined their long-standing reign in the competition.

However, the momentum shifted in their final match of the tournament when they fell 3–0 to a determined Football Victoria outfit. The result abruptly halted Football NSW’s remarkable era of supremacy, opening the door for a new champion to emerge.

With Football West and Football Victoria now set to battle for the National Para Football Championship title, a new name will soon be etched onto the trophy. Meanwhile, Football NSW will turn their focus toward finishing the campaign on a high note as they aim to secure bronze in tomorrow’s clash.
