Things are really on the up and up as Wagga Wagga’s Football4all program, which runs every Saturday, has gone from strength to strength since its inception six years ago.

Held at the Duke of Kent Oval in Wagga Wagga, Football NSW’s Game Development Officer for Community Charlotte Ercil was a keen observer as she visited their second last session for what has been a great year to date.

With as many as 63 registered players aged between 4 and 40, the program continues to go from strength to strength.

Wagga Wagga Football4all President Luci Achilles expressed his delight upon seeing the program continue to succeed year upon year.

“The Football4all program offers our players social interactions, exercise and a place to belong.

“Being a part of Football4all Wagga is like having a large extended family.

“The players all look out for each other on and off the field and all enjoy having a laugh together on Saturday mornings.

“I joined the program when it first kicked off in Wagga back in 2014 when my son was 8 years old, he was struggling to keep up with the mainstream game at our local club.

“Football4all changed my sons life, he loves his coach Mark, has made new friends and every Saturday is excited to get out on the field and run around with his mates.

“This year I am honored to be president of Wagga F4A and with the support of a dedicated committee helping me every step, I am positive we will grow more into 2020.”
