Football NSW Match Deferred Request Form

Football NSW will consider applications by Clubs for the deferral of matches in accordance with Section 2, Article 33 Match Deferments, of the FNSW Competition Regulations 2024. Clubs seeking to apply for the deferral of a match must complete this form. Please ensure that, in completing the form, you indicate the basis for the application in as much detail as possible and that you include all relevant information, including any supporting documentation. Football NSW will assess requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to request additional information once this form has been reviewed. Any determination made by Football NSW in relation to an application for deferral will be made in its absolute discretion, is final and binding on all parties and is not subject to challenge or appeal Clubs wishing to seek a match deferral, should complete this form. Please ensure you include all relevant information including supporting documentation. Football NSW will assess each request individually.
