Future Female Coaches Mentoring Program Application

This exclusive program is designed for female coaches who hold a minimum AFC ‘B’ Diploma and are actively working within Football NSW Talented Player Pathway competitions.

Six coaches will be selected for this inaugural cohort, offering a unique opportunity to enhance their development and career progression within elite football environments.

Participants in the program will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide tailored support throughout the season.

Each coach will receive:

• Three in-person mentoring visits where mentors will observe coaching sessions and fixtures to provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct feedback in a real-world environment.
• Regular online meetings, offering ongoing support, reflection opportunities, and strategic development planning.
