Trial Match Request

The Trial Match Request Form must be submitted to Football NSW a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the match dates.

Failure to submit this form in time may result in match officials not being appointed or matches not being approved.

Football NSW will confirm via return email regarding approval of the matches.

Please note that for Outdoor Trial Matches, Saturdays will only be approved from the beginning of January, with the exception of the NPL Men’s 1^st Grade only, who are permitted to participate in trial matches on Saturdays.

In addition to this NO TRIAL MATCHES will be approved for Sunday 1 December as this is a Futsal Premier League ‘Double Header’ weekend.
