Olympic snap up Demons Stars
Mirko Jurilj, Roger Galayini, Milorad Simonovic, Paul Wither, Bobby Dragas and Michael Cindric have all called Sydney Olympic home for season 2008.
The six players have linked up with former Demons Assistant Coach Milan Blagojevic who is also set to experience his first year with the Blues as head coach.
The club has also made moves to sign A.P.I.A.-Leichhardt Tigers? versatile midfielder Anthony Hartshorn and Bonnyrigg White Eagles? Matthew Mayora and are in the process of completing a few more transfers before the start of the NSW Premier League season.
Midfielder Iain Ramsay has also been snapped up by the Blues from Scotland while former Marconi Stallions Under 20 skipper Nathan Sherlock has also agreed to terms with the club.
Returning back to his old stomping ground as one of the latest recruits is crafty midfielder Anthony Doumanis who commenced his junior football with the Blues as a thirteen-year-old.
James Kovas, Marino and Carlo Musumeci, Michael Herbert, Shannon Cole, Emmanuel Zunino, Sam Emmanouil and Peter Zorbas have all been retained from last season?s squad.
