Vale – Martyn Crook

Martyn passed away in Los Angeles on Saturday, where he was coaching the Australian Under 17 national team in preparation for three matches in the Nike International Friendlies.
Martyn was involved heavily with player development at the SA Sports Institute as head coach and represented the Socceroos 14 times between 1979 and 1983. He also played 192 NSL games for West Adelaide.
After migrating to Australia in 1964 from London, Martyn contributed his entire life to the world game.
