Bill McIIveen nominated for the “2008 Support Recognition Award”
McIIveen will attend the ?St George & Sutherland Shire Leader Sports Star of the Year Awards? set to be held at the Doltone House on the 9th of April.
The long serving football advocate has been nominated for the ?2008 Support Recognition Award?.
McIlveen was awarded NSW Distinguished Long Service Award at the 2008 NSW Sports Federation Annual Sports Awards recently.
Bill (of Heathcote) has been involved in the game for over 40 years and has done everything there is at Football NSW! He is seen as one of the standout Match Commissioners for the NSW Men’s Premier League and was also involved with the Football NSW General Purposes Tribunal and various judiciary hearings and has a sound knowledge of the FIFA and FFA laws of the game.
