NSW Coaches learning from the best
On the 19th of May, Tom Sermanni the Head Coach for the Australian Women?s Football Team and National Technical Director for Women?s Football provided an in-depth presentation into the set up of the Senior and Youth National team training and playing environment. This presentation was followed by an open forum on the best practice methods for elite youth female development.
On the 26th of May, Steve O?Connor the Head Youth Coach and Technical Director for Sydney FC put on a practical demonstration on the structure and philosophy used to win the inaugural National Youth League with Sydney FC that he developed in his 10 year presence at the Australian Institute of Sport.
The trend of high profile presenters continues in June with National Technical Director Han Berger locked in for a presentation on the 22nd June.
