Socceroo coach Pim Verbeek provides words of inspiration for the next Megs footballing adventure

The latest book in the Megs series sees Megs?s dedication, passion and tenacity put to the test as he faces challenges off the field that affect his attitude, mood and relationships with his friends.

Australian National Team Coach, Pim Verbeek, provides some words of inspiration to Megs and other young readers in his forward to the book.

Children are being invited to create a new character for the series that will appear in Book 5. Entires must be no more than 250 words and must feature a proposed name for the character as well as a description of their appearance and personality. Entries open on May 1 and close in July 2009.

As part of his tour, Mark will be visiting gala events at the Richmond Club on Thursday 25 June from 7.00 pm.  On Friday 26 June Mark will be visiting Blacktown at Olympic Park for their Gala event from 5.30 pm onwards.
