Central Coast Lightning Football Club Pty Ltd Coaching Applications 2010 Season

The Club is wholly owned subsidiary of Central Coast Football who have 23 affiliated Clubs strategically located throughout the coast.
A strong strategic relationship with the Central Coast Mariners provides a clear development pathway for aspiring players and coaches
We are now seeking applications from suitably qualified, motivated High Performance coaching staff for our Lightning and Thunders teams for the 2010 season. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a track record of success and willingness to work within a defined development program that has continuity from age 11 to seniors.
This unique program is unlike any other in NSW incorporating a two tiered representative structure catering for development of potential high performance players (male and female) and established player pathways into Football NSW development / state programs, and professional opportunities through our affiliations with the Central Coast Mariners
Our coaches are exposed to a strong footballing culture, including ongoing education, planning seminars, exceptionally high coaching standards and expectations, establishment of standardised playing competencies and embracing the concept of game centred development methodologies.
Previous experience in Representative football programs is preferred but not a limitation, we are prepared to assist with the development of potential High Performance Coaches.
The selection process will include on field evaluation.
