McDonald?s Scholarships Announced

In 2006, McDonald?s and Football NSW began a partnership with an aim to develop Football in NSW at the grassroots level. McDonald?s belief in their ?Keep Kicking? motto continues to be the motivation behind the partnership which we hope will assist with the emergence of future stars and kids who are just happy to be active and have fun with their mates.
In 2009, McDonald?s are again on board as a key supporter of junior player development with the provision of thirty two (32) McDonald?s Scholarship grants (each valued at $500) and over 4,000 Football Star awards to be given out at the State Championship, Centenary Cup, Frank Broughton Cup and Champion of Champions events.
In addition to this and their support for the School Coaching Clinic program, McDonald?s also played a key role in bringing the ?Keep Kicking? guide, a 16 page A5 booklet aimed at assisting junior players to develop their skills when they at home or not at training to life. After submission from their club representatives, the following 32 junior footballers below were selected as the lucky recipients of a $500 scholarship courtesy of McDonald?s NSW Restaurants.
