At least the stage is set for a thriller finish as two full sets of fixtures and a heap of catch-up games will conspire to complete the picture for us.
Overview
Blacktown City Demons had taken thirteen of the first round points from Manly United and they repeated that exact dose when they met on Saturday while Marconi Stallions also bagged thirteen points, theirs? coming from the clash with Sydney Tigers from whom they had taken a dozen points last time around.
Bankstown City had earned thirteen points from their first round encounter with Penrith Nepean United and while it was only eleven points this time that also meant that the Lions had not lost a game.
Wollongong FC had grabbed twelve points from their last meeting with West Sydney Berries but the table were turned on them this week when the Berries slipped ten points into their collective pockets.
Sutherland Sharks showed a profit of eight points from Saturday?s engagement with Bonnyrigg White Eagles which they may have found a little disappointing considering they had taken ten points from the first round meeting.
Sydney Olympic had earned nine points when they met Sydney United in the first round but on this occasion the clubs split the points at six apiece.
Grade 13
The only movement on this table this week was within the top five but the teams closest to that group have remained close enough to pounce should their be a slip up that creates a vacancy.
Sydney Olympic retained the competition lead after they were held to a scoreless draw by Sydney United who have slipped back one place to fifth on goal difference. Olympic were 3-0 winners in the first round.
West Sydney Berries are still second despite their 2-1 loss to Wollongong FC who have risen two places to third. The Wolves had won the first round clash 2-0. They had also beaten the Demons 5-1 in a Round 10 catch-up match played last week.
Marconi Stallions slid back one place to fourth when they were held to a scoreless draw by twelfth placed Sydney Tigers who the Stallions had beaten 2-0 when they met last time.
Manly United remained at sixth following their 1-0 loss to eighth placed Blacktown City Demons with whom they had played out a 2-2 first round draw
The Demons rose to sixth when they posted a 3-1 win over Sydney Tigers in a Round 16 catch-up match.
Bonnyrigg White Eagles are still placed seventh after they were beaten 2-1 by ninth placed Sutherland Sharks who Bonnyrigg had beaten 2-0 in their first meeting.
Tenth placed Penrith Nepean United and eleventh placed Bankstown City battled out a scoreless draw this week after the Lions had taken the first round points with a 1-0 win.
Grade 14
The only movement on the table this week was at the lower end so maybe we can expect to see some helter-skelter activity at the top end over the next two weeks.
Marconi Stallions held onto the top spot on the table after they scraped home by the odd goal in five over third placed Sydney Tigers who they had beaten 1-0 in the first round. The Stallions added another three points to their tally with a 4-1 victory over Bonnyrigg White Eagles in a rescheduled match from Round 21.
Sutherland Sharks retained second position with a 3-0 victory over Bonnyrigg White Eagles who have fallen back one place to thirteenth. The Sharks were 6-0 winners in the first round.
After winning the first round clash 3-1, Blacktown City Demons stayed at fourth thanks to their 2-0 win over Manly United who have slipped back one spot to ninth.
Wollongong FC are still fifth following their 2-1 triumph over tenth placed West Sydney Berries with whom they had played out a scoreless draw when they met last time around.
Sixth placed Penrith Nepean United were held to a scoreless draw by twelfth placed Bankstown City who had taken the first round points with a 2-1 result. Penrith had also picked up three points from a 3-0 win over NSWIS Girls.
Sydney Olympic climbed one place to eighth with a 1-0 win over seventh placed Sydney United who they had beaten by the same scoreline in the first round.
Grade 15
The only movement on the table this week was in the middle section and that could set up a blockbuster finish over the next two weeks as everyone tries to improve their position on the table.
When competition leaders Marconi Stallions last saw tenth placed Sydney Tigers the Stallions took the points with an 8-0 result and this time they collected the points again, this time with a 4-0 scoreline. The Stallions pocketed another three points when they produced a 5-0 win over Bonnyrigg White Eagles in a Round 10 catch-up match and then a further three points when they beat the same team 2-0 in a rescheduled Round 21 match.

Sydney United are still placed fourth following their 1-1 draw with ninth placed Sydney Olympic who were beaten 1-0 by United in their first round encounter.
Fifth placed Sutherland Sharks were held to a 1-1 first round draw by twelfth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles and history sorted of repeated itself when this week?s match ended at 3-3.

The only movement on the table this week was in the lower half and that has made it a bit harder for teams outside the present top five to break into the finals over the next two weeks.

Wollongong FC remained at second despite suffering a 2-0 loss to sixth placed West Sydney Berries who were beaten 3-0 by the Wolves last time the teams saw each other.
Fourth placed Sydney United had beaten fifth placed Sydney Olympic 1-0 when they met in the first round but on this occasion they teams split the points after their match finished at 0-0.
Marconi Stallions and Sydney Tigers swapped places on the table at seventh and eighth when the Stallions posted a strong 5-0 result to reverse the first round outcome when the result went to the Tigers with a 3-0 scoreline.
Ninth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles and tenth placed Sutherland Sharks battled out a 1-1 draw this week after the Sharks had taken the points last time with a 3-1 result.
Bankstown City went up to eleventh and Penrith Nepean United dropped back to twelfth when the Lions came up with a 1-0 victory, just has they had done when the teams faced each other in the first round.

You had better fasten your seat belts as we could be in for a very bumpy ride over the next two weeks as a combination of scheduled games and catch-up matches conspire to complete the final look of the competition table.

In a Round 19 catch-up match the Wolves earned three points with a 4-0 win over Manly United.
Blacktown City Demons are placed second on goal difference after they registered a 2-1 success over Manly United who have dropped back two places to sixth.
Bankstown City rose three places to third when they were 3-0 winners over Penrith Nepean United who have fallen back one place to eighth. The Lions won 5-3 last time the teams met. Bankstown had already collected three points when they posted a 4-2 win over the Berries in a Round 16 catch-up match and they had added three more when they were 3-0 winners over NSWIS Boys in a Round 14 catch-up match.
Sutherland Sharks fell back one place to fourth when they were beaten 3-0 by Bonnyrigg White Eagles who moved up one position to tenth. The Sharks had won the first round game 5-0.
Fifth placed Marconi Stallions had beaten twelfth placed Sydney Tigers 2-1 in the first round and they went on with the job when they registered a 1-0 result this time around.
Sydney United had gone down 4-0 to NSWIS Boys before they faced Sydney Olympic who had won the first round clash 4-2. United addressed that situation by posting a 4-1 victory that placed them at eight and Olympic at tenth.
