McDonald?s Junior Scholarships Presentation

The winner?s were presented with a cheque for $500 by McDonald?s Licensee Mark Halford and Football NSW to help further their training and development in the sport.
McDonald?s and Football NSW Junior Football scholarships have helped over one hundred junior players realise their sporting dreams.
The scholarship was presented at the official Presentation Ceremony at Valentine Sports Park on Friday 24 July, which also included the opportunity for players to participate in a coaching clinic led by Football NSW?s High Performance Unit.
Also featuring were current male and female Premier League representatives Umut Toktogan and Lenox Tweneboa from the Marconi Stallions, and David Gardner and Nadine Shiels from Penrith Nepean United ? and of course, who can forget Ronald McDonald.
The McDonald?s Junior Scholarships are just one element of the partnership between McDonald?s and Football NSW, now in its fourth year. The partnership also includes the McDonald?s Football NSW ?Kick It Kids? Schools Development Program, encouragement awards and local restaurant support.
