Stallions ready to push for TeleChoice Premier League success

The Stallions pinched second spot from the Bankstown City Lions following a come from behind 2-1 win over Sydney Olympic in the last round of the competition, and following a week off for the TigerTurf Cup Grand Final will face the Sutherland Sharks at Marconi Stadium.
The former National Soccer League side finished disappointingly well out of finals contentions, and club captain Nahuel Arrarte believes a change of attitude has made the difference in this seasons push for honours.
?A change of attitude from the top through to the players has all made a difference,? the veteran skipper told Football NSW.
Being at such a historic club, expectations are always high however the midfielder believes that with the great facilities at Bossley Park the players should have no excuses to the way they play
?Expectations are always high, but I think that this club has the best facilities in a state level at least and even all over Australia.
?We get all our gear washed for us, we have after match functions and all in all the facilities are second to none and I do not think any other club is like this, so from a player?s perspective there are no excuses,? Arrarte explained.
With the finals under two weeks away, the Stallions are ready to pounce on their opposition, and Arrarte says that they will get very close to winning the championship.
?It will definitely be very tough in the finals and we know that it is now every game as it comes. The other four teams are very competitive and all have had finals experience in the past few years where we missed out last year.
?In saying that if I didn?t believe we could win it I wouldn?t put my hand up to lead the team out on the park, and I am really looking forward to the experience,? concluded Arrarte.
