O?Grady played with the Mariners in the Hyundai A-League since 2005 and notched up 29 appearances for Lawrie McKinna?s squad before the Tigers recruited him for 2010. The 6 foot 4 towering defender played for the likes of the Marconi Stallions, Parramatta Power, Parramatta Eagles, Wollongong Wolves and St George Saints and also had a stint with the Tampines Rovers in Singapore in 2002.
Vass meanwhile has once again returned to the Tigers after injuries permitted him in making his A-League debut with the Fury after being snapped up by the new franchise club at the start of the season. The tough tackling midfielder will add more steel into APIA?s midfield line.
Amongst other recruits, promising Grade 20?s youngsters David Dascal has won himself a senior contract at the club for 2010.
