Laura Donnelly late strike seals win for the Quake

The Campbelltown side who secured the minor premiership a couple of weeks ago were given a stern test by an Inner West side determined to let them know that they?ll be there to push the premiers all the way come finals time.
The Quake opened the scoring when Leesa Thomson played a terrific one-two with Linda Dudek before slotting the ball past the keeper.
The Allstars struck back almost immediately when Natasha LoGuidice dispossessed a Quake player mid court then sped toward goal and smashed the ball high into the top left corner for a marvellous solo goal.
Early in the second half Inner West took the lead when keeper Nina Blundell released a long throw down court that was missed by a Quake defender. This enabled Natasha LoGuidice to latch onto the ball and bury the ball past keeper for a fine goal poachers goal.
Campbelltown levelled the game when they won a heavy challenge on the halfway, the ball broke free and Linda Dudek collected the ball and ran down the right side then slammed ball across the keeper to make it 2-2.
Both sides had glut of chances to win the game but with under 2 minutes to go Laura Donnelly received a pass from Sarah Semaan to volley the ball home the winner from close range to help her side to a 3-2 victory.
