Scott Edeling crowned ?NSW Young Official of the Year?

Edeling was given the honour after some outstanding achievements during the course of 2009 which saw him rise as one of the finest young officials to develop in the game.
In July 2009, Edeling was appointed as Assistant Referee to the premier national football competition in Australia, the Hyundai A-League.
An enormous achievement for the 19-year-old who went in the history books as being the youngest official in the Hyundai A-League.
Since then, Edeling has officiated as an Assistant Referee in numerous Hyundai A-League senior and National Youth League matches.
The rising star official was also recorded as the youngest Assistant Referee to officiate in NSW?s top tier football competition the NSW Premier League competition.
