Unstoppable Commodores hit seven to win 12 Boys Grand Final

The tenacious Allstars took an early lead when a long throw from keeper Greg Frelingos saw the speedy Alusine Fofanah outpace the defence, go past the keeper and slot the ball home to give Allstars a 1-0 lead.
Greg Frelingos tipped a Richie Darko shot over the bar and shortly after Darko combined well with Hyuga Tanner but his shot went just over.
The Allstars had set up a disciplined defensive screen and were working hard to contain the Commodores attack but Hawkesbury were inching ever closer to scoring.
Halfway through the first half the Commodores equalised when Marko Rizoski intercepted a pass played the ball to Hyuga Tanner who slotted the ball home from the angle.
Soon after Hawkesbury took the lead when Hyuga Tanner took a snap shot through a defenders legs that had the keeper unsighted and the ball squeezed into the net to give them a 2-1 lead.
The Commodores Michael Loupis had a shot deflected for a corner and later Greg Frelingos came out to brilliantly block a shot from Hyuga Tanner.
The Allstars went to the break one goal down but had done well to keep their shape and deny the Commodores.
The Commodores came out and stamped their authority on the game early in the second half with three quick goals.
In the first minute Marko Rizoski had time and space to step forward and hit a brilliant shot into the corner of the net from long range.
The Commodores were awarded a penalty for a foul in the area and Michael Loupis confidently dispatched ball into the corner to make it 4-1.
The Allstars came close to scoring when Alusine Fofanah played in Daniel Carreno but Commodores keeper Samuel Bortolazzo produced a brilliant block to force a corner.
The Commodores grabbed their fifth of the game when Richard Darko ran through and slotted the ball past the keeper to make it 5-1.
The Allstars fought back and keeper Sam Bortolazzo made a great save to deny Alusine Fofanah then the Allstars scored when Nathan Bertolissio seized on a loose ball and drilled it home to make it 5-2.
The Allstars were in with an outside chance and Sam Bortolazzo made another fine block to deny Connor O?Toole.
But there was no stopping the Commodores as they scored two late goals to wrap up the game both coming from Richard Darko.
The sixth goal came when he skilfully rounded the keeper and the seventh to complete his hat-trick when he dispossessed a player mid court then ran on and slotted the ball home to make it 7-2.
To their credit the gallant Allstars never gave up and grabbed a third when Daniel Carreno side volleyed the ball into the net to make the final score 7-3.
In one of the few games in the Premier League grand finals where the favourites won there was no stopping the brilliant Hawkesbury Commodores 12 Boys and they ran out deserved winners 7-3.
