Seminars start at 7:00pm (arrival & sign-in no later than 6:45pm)

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE
It is a mandatory requirement that Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers who have not previously attended a WWK seminar and who are registering with Football NSW in Metropolitan Representative League, Girls Youth League and Boys Youth League in 2011 attend ONE (1) Working With Kids Seminar.    
Persons who have previously attended a WWK seminar or who are already listed on the Working with Kids Register at FNSW are not required to attend in 2011.  
Football NSW, however, reserves the right to require or randomly select any persons to complete Working with Kids training prior to registration in 2011.

Note: Only Metropolitan League, Girls Youth League and Boys Youth League coaches, assistant coaches and managers are permitted to attend.
REGIONAL/CENTRAL COAST/ILLAWARRA SEMINARS AND TRAINING
Persons in regional NSW, Central Coast and Illawarra are required to contact their Club or Association regarding WWK seminars and training.
SEMINAR EXEMPTIONS
Persons currently employed as a NSW Police Officer, Doctor, Nurse or School Teacher can apply for an exemption.  
To apply you are required to:
1.     Provide a letter to Football NSW from your employer confirming that you are currently employed as a NSW Police Officer, Doctor, Nurse or School Teacher.
The letter must be printed on your employer?s letterhead and signed by your employer or direct supervisor, and
2.     Provide evidence (if available) of previous Child Protection training such as certificates or training assessments or letter from your employer outlining the courses you have completed, and
3.     Provide to Football NSW:  The name of the club you are registering with, the team you intend coaching/managing and the position you will hold at the club.
NOTE: Any exemptions received without a letter from the person?s employer (as per item 1) will not be considered.  There will be no exceptions to this requirement.
