The one thing none of us can control is the weather and so it does no good to whinge about it. We are best to make the best of what we have with the knowledge that the problems will be sorted out in very short order.
This week the format is slightly different in that I have covered the results of the two days and then referred to the standings on the table.
Club Championship
Round 15
Spirit FC picked up ten points from their home matches against Schofields Scorpions and that was quite a change from the first round outcome when Spirit had claimed all the points.
Central Coast?s visit to West Sydney Berries added ten points to their tally and that was a marginal reduction on the eleven points the Coast had taken from the first round clash.
Blacktown Spartans bagged eight points from their trip to Dulwich Hill, reversing the first round result when the Spartans could only take five points from the day.
After they had grabbed ten points from their first round encounter with Northern Tigers, Fraser Park would have been disappointed to earn only three points this time while the Tigers must have been delighted with their twelve points share, especially since it was their best day of the season so far.
When Sydney University and Granville Rage split the points at seven apiece on Saturday, the outcome was a repeat of the first round when each club had gone home with seven points.
The first round meeting between Macarthur Rams and Mounties Wanderers had resulted in the clubs sharing the spoils at seven points each but this time the Mounties made off with eight points and that left the Rams with five points to show for the efforts.

Round 16
The wet weather on Monday once again with the Granville Rage v Dulwich Hill, Skillaroos v Sydney University, Schofields Scorpions v West Sydney Berries, Northern Tigers v Spirit FC and the Macarthur Rams v Fraser Park fixtures all being washed out, leaving us with only two fixtures making it onto the grounds.
Western NSW Panthers took eight points from their home games against Central Coast, reversing the first round outcome when Central Coast had taken nine of the points.
Mounties Wanderers and Blacktown Spartans shared the spoils at seven apiece and that was a slight change from the first round when the Spartans had taken seven points and Mounties had earned four points from a day on which four of the matches were draws.
The Standings
Central Coast have moved to the top of the table by a margin of four points while Spirit FC have slipped back to second and Blacktown Spartans have retained third position.
Western NSW Panthers are still in fourth place with Dulwich Hill at fifth while Mounties Wanderers have climbed two places to sixth spot.
Fraser Park have fallen back one place to seventh and Granville Rage are now eighth while Sydney University are ninth and Macarthur Rams have remained at tenth position.
Northern Tigers have retained eleventh place and West Sydney Berries are twelfth with Schofields Scorpions bringing up the rear.
Grade 13
Round 15
Central Coast have gone seven games without loss but they had their competition lead reduced to five points when they were held to a 1-1 draw by West Sydney Berries who had gone down 6-2 when the teams faced each other last time.
Blacktown Spartans extended their unbeaten run five matches after they were 4-0 winners over Dulwich Hill who had won the first round matches 5-2 while Macarthur Rams were held to a 2-2 draw by Mounties Wanderers after they first round clash had ended at 1-1.
The Skillaroos battled out a 1-1 draw with Western NSW Panthers just as they had the first time around and Spirit FC went down 2-1 to Schofields Scorpions who Spirit had beaten 4-1 last time the faced each other.
Sydney University suffered a 3-0 loss to Granville Rage after the first meeting was a 3-3 draw while Fraser Park went down 3-1 to Northern Tigers after the teams had fought out a 1-1 draw last time around. That was a first win for the season for the Tigers.
Round 16
Central Coast completed the double when they were 1-0 winners over Western NSW Panthers who had lost the first round clash 3-0.
Mounties Wanderers took all the points this time when they came up with a 3-1 victory over Blacktown Spartans following the 1-1 draw the teams had battled out in the first round.
The Standings
Central Coast have a lead of eight points at the top of the table with Blacktown Spartans in second spot and Macarthur Rams are four points further back at third.
The Skillaroos are only one point behind the Rams at fourth and they have a better goal difference than both Western NSW Panthers and Mounties Wanderers who are fifth and sixth respectively.
Four points further back are seventh placed Schofields Scorpions who are one point ahead of Spirit FC and five points in front of ninth placed West Sydney Berries.
Sydney University are two points adrift of the Berries at tenth and one point ahead of Dulwich Hill who are four points clear of Granville Rage.
Fraser Park are four points further back and they are only a point ahead of last place Northern Tigers.
Grade 14
Round 15
Central Coast extended their unbeaten sequence to fourteen matches when they were 3-1 winners over West Sydney Berries who the had beaten 4-0 last time while Fraser Park went down 2-0 to Northern Tigers who really turned the tables after losing the first round match 4-0.
Dulwich Hill took the points with a 1-0 success over Blacktown Spartans with whom they had played out a scoreless first round draw and Spirit FC completed the double with a 5-1 result over Schofields Scorpions who they had beaten 4-2 last time.
Sydney University produced a 2-1 victory over Granville Rage who had gone down 3-1 in the first round while Macarthur Rams had beaten Mounties Wanderers 1-0 last time but this week the ledger was squared when the Mounties were 3-1 winners.
Western NSW Panthers had the bye on Saturday.

Western NSW Panthers and Central Coast battled out a scoreless draw after Central Coast had taken the first round points with a 2-0 win while Mounties Wanderers produced a 3-0 success over Blacktown Spartans after they teams had played out a 1-1 first round draw.
The Standings
Central Coast have a lead of four points at the top of the table while Dulwich Hill have climbed one place up the table to second and Spirit FC rose one spot to third with those two being separated by goal difference.
Fraser Park have dropped back two places to fourth, a point behind Dully and Spirit, while Sydney University have moved up one place to fifth and they are two points behind Fraser Park.
Blacktown Spartans slipped back one spot to sixth while Mounties Wanderers have moved up three places to seventh on goal difference and Granville Rage fell back one place to eighth.
Western NSW Panthers went back one place to ninth and Macarthur Rams are in tenth position with Northern Tigers at eleventh. West Sydney Berries are placed twelfth and Schofields Scorpions are in thirteenth position.
Grade 15
Dulwich Hill took their run without loss to eight matches when they battled out a scoreless draw with Blacktown Spartans who had beaten Dully 4-0 last time while Mounties Wanderers were a bit too good for Macarthur Rams, winning the match 3-1 after posting a 4-0 first round result.
After Central Coast and West Sydney Berries had fought out a 1-1 first round draw, Central Coast took the points this week with a 3-1 scoreline while Spirit FC registered a 3-0 victory over Schofields Scorpions who they had beaten 4-1 last time around.
Northern Tigers had beaten Fraser Park 1-0 in the first round but on this occasion the accounts were squared when Fraser Park won 1-0 and Sydney University recorded a 4-0 success over Granville Rage to complete the double as Uni had claimed the first round points with a 2-0 result.
Western NSW Panthers had the bye this week.

Western NSW Panthers and Central Coast battled it out for a 1-1 draw, repeating the scoreline the team had registered when they met in the first round, while the match between Mounties Wanderers and Blacktown Spartans finished at 2-2 after the first round points had gone to the Spartans when they won 3-0.
The Standings
Mounties Wanderers climbed two rungs up the ladder to the top spot where they have a margin of a single point while Dulwich Hill have slipped back to second and Blacktown Spartans are now third and only a point behind Dully.
A point behind the Spartans, Central Coast are in fourth position with Spirit FC a point further back at fifth and they are three points clear of sixth placed Western NSW Panthers.
Sydney University have climbed one place to seventh and Fraser Park have moved up one spot to eighth while Northern Tigers have tumbled back two places to ninth.
Schofields Scorpions are placed tenth with Granville Rage at eleventh, West Sydney Berries at twelfth and Macarthur Rams at thirteenth.

Granville Rage were held to a 1-1 draw by Sydney University who Rage had beaten 4-0 last time around while Spirit FC came up with a 5-0 victory over Schofields Scorpions who had lost 6-0 to Spirit in the first round.
Fraser Park suffered a 3-1 loss to Northern Tigers, reversing the first round outcome when Fraser Park had won 2-1 and Central Coast were 3-0 winners over West Sydney Berries who they had beaten 3-1 when they met last time.
Blacktown Spartans battled out a 2-2 draw with Dulwich Hill to almost match the scoreless draw the teams had posted last time while Macarthur Rams recorded a 1-0 success over Mounties Wanderers who they had downed 2-0 in the first round.
Western NSW Panthers had the bye on Saturday.

Western NSW Panthers produced a 2-1 victory over Central Coast after their first round clash had ended at 1-1 while Blacktown Spartans shaded Mounties Wanderers with a 1-0 scoreline following their first round outcome of a scoreless draw.
The Standings
Spirit FC have climbed to the top of the table and they are leading the way by a single point while Granville Rage have slipped back to second spot.
Central Coast climbed two places up the ladder to third, six points behind Rage, while Fraser Park dropped one place to fourth and Sydney University also fell one place and they are fifth. Both are only a point behind Central Coast.
Blacktown Spartans have risen one place to sixth and Western NSW Panthers have moved up to seventh while Dulwich Hill have tumbled back two places to eighth.
Macarthur Rams are in ninth position with Northern Tigers at tenth, West Sydney Berries at eleventh, Mounties Wanderers at twelfth and Schofields Scorpions at thirteenth.

Round 15
Northern Tigers posted their fifth win on the trot with a 3-1 result over Fraser Park to reverse the first round outcome when the points went to Fraser Park with a 2-1 scoreline while Spirit FC were held to a 2-2 draw by Schofields Scorpions who Spirit had beaten by the odd goal in seven last time around.
Granville Rage bounce back from a run of three losses to register a 1-0 victory over Sydney University to complete the double as Rage had won the first round match 3-1 and Blacktown Spartans suffered a 3-2 loss to Dulwich Hill who had won the previous clash 1-0.
Central Coast went down 3-2 to West Sydney Berries after the first round encounter had ended at 2-2 while Macarthur Rams fought out a 1-1 draw with Mounties Wanderers who had taken the first round result with a 2-0 scoreline.
Western NSW Panthers had the bye on Saturday.

Western NSW Panthers were 3-0 winners when they faced Central Coast and that was very different to the first round when the match was a 2-2 draw while Blacktown Spartans came up with a 2-0 result over Mounties Wanderers with whom they had played out a 1-1 first round draw.

Northern Tigers are the competition frontrunners by a margin of two points and Granville Rage have climbed one place to second and Spirit FC have dropped back to third.
Western NSW Panthers moved up one place to fourth, forcing Fraser Park back to fifth and Blacktown Spartans are still in sixth spot.
Dulwich Hill have scooted two places up the table to seventh while Macarthur Rams have remained at eighth and West Sydney Berries have climbed two places to ninth.
Central Coast have tumbled back two places to tenth while Sydney University are eleventh, Mounties Wanderers are twelfth and Schofields Scorpions are thirteenth.
