Club Championship
Before starting on what happened this week, it is important to record that, in the only Round 16 fixture played last Monday, Mt Druitt Town Rangers collected all fifteen points from their meeting with Hakoah.
Mt Druitt Town Rangers are still leading the way on this table after they bagged thirteen points from Sunday?s away games at Northbridge who have fallen back one place to eleventh. The Rangers had claimed twelve of the first round points.
St George remained at second after they claimed the three points from the only match played on the day against Schofields Scorpions who have slipped back one spot to sixth.
Gladesville Ryde Magic remained at third thanks to the eight points the gained from their home games against eighth placed Camden Tigers. The clubs had split the points at seven apiece when they faced off last time.
Hakoah climbed two places to fourth when they pocketed nine points from the three matches played against seventh placed Stanmore Hawks who had earned nine points from the three first round games completed.
Hills Brumbies dropped one place to fifth when their matches were washed out against Nepean who have fallen back one place to tenth.
Southern Branch scooted two places up the ladder to ninth following their haul of twelve points when they faced twelfth placed Mountains United. The clubs had taken seven points each from the first round clash.

Housekeeping: Mt Druitt Town Rangers defeated Hakoah 3-0 in their Round 16 match played last Monday.
Mt Druitt Town Rangers continued to hold down the competition lead after they were 2-0 winners over eighth placed Northbridge who had gone down 3-0 when they met the Rangers last time around.
St George retained second spot following their 3-1 success over Schofields Scorpions who have slipped back one place to eleventh. The Saints had claimed the first round points with a 3-0 win.
Gladesville Ryde Magic are still in third position after they battled out a 2-2 draw with seventh placed Camden Tigers who had lost the first round encounter by the odd goal in five.
Fourth placed Stanmore Hawks suffered a 3-1 loss when they played Hakoah who have moved up one place to fifth. The first round points had gone to the Hawks when they posted a 3-1 win.
Hills Brumbies dropped one place to sixth when their match against ninth placed Nepean was washed out.
Southern Branch jumped one place up the ladder to tenth when they came up with a 3-1 victory over twelfth placed Mountains United. When the teams met in the first round the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
Grade 14

Mt Druitt Town Rangers moved to the top of the table when they produced a 3-2 victory over Northbridge who have slipped back one place to tenth. Northbridge had earned the points last time the teams saw each other with a 3-1 result.
St George dropped back to second spot when their match against Schofields Scorpions was washed out and that caused the Scorpions to fall back one position to fourth.
Camden Tigers climbed one place to third thanks to their 2-0 success over Gladesville Ryde Magic who have slipped back one place to seventh. That completed the double for the Tigers as they had won the first round clash 2-0.
Southern Branch moved up two places when they were 2-1 winners over twelfth placed Mountains United Southern had claimed the first round points with a 3-0 result.
Nepean fell one place to sixth and Hills Brumbies remained at eighth when their match was washed out.
Hakoah rose one place to ninth after they produced a 3-1 victory over eleventh placed Stanmore Hawks.
Grade 15

Hakoah moved up one place to fifth following their 2-1 success over ninth placed Stanmore Hawks while Southern Branch rose one place to seventh after they took the points with a stunning 7-0 win over twelfth placed Mountains United who had lost the corresponding first round match 9-1.

Mt Druitt Town Rangers maintained their very healthy lead at the top of the table with a spectacular 9-2 victory when the faced twelfth placed Northbridge who the Rangers had beaten 7-0 the first time around.
Southern Branch are still in second spot following their 3-0 win over Mountains United who have fallen back one place to sixth. That was quite a turnaround as Mountains United were 3-1 winners when the teams met last time.
Stanmore Hawks managed to hang onto third place when their match against Hakoah was washed out and that caused the eastern suburbs outfit to fall back one place to fifth.
Gladesville Ryde Magic climbed two places to fourth when they posted a 2-0 win over eleventh placed Camden Tigers who had claimed the first round points with a 2-1 result.
The match between seventh placed Nepean and tenth placed Hills Brumbies was washed out and same fate befell the clash between eighth placed St George and ninth placed Schofields Scorpions.

Competition frontrunners Mt Druitt Town Rangers were held to a 2-2 draw by sixth placed Northbridge. When the teams met last time the Rangers took all the points with a 2-0 win.
The match between second placed St George and fifth placed Schofields Scorpions was washed out while Camden Tigers remained at third after they battled out a 2-2 draw with fourth placed Gladesville Ryde Magic and that repeated the outcome of their first round clash.
The encounter between seventh placed Hills Brumbies and tenth placed Nepean was washed out as was the match between eighth placed Stanmore Hawks and ninth placed Hakoah.
Eleventh placed Mountains United produced a 4-0 victory over twelfth placed Southern Branch who had lost the first round clash 4-1.
