NOVA Employment AWD Futsal League Clubs/Draw Announced
The Nova Employment AWD Futsal League will see six clubs compete as the competition kicks off on Saturday 11th of October.
After the initial success of the competition in its inaugural season in 2013, Nova Employment have jumped on board becoming the naming rights sponsor for what will be a huge year for AWD Futsal in NSW.
Dural Warriors, Mountain Majik, Phoenix Futsal Club, Mt Druitt Town Rangers FC, South Coast Taipans and Sutherland Shire Futsal will all play each other twice as the sport of Futsal continues to grow in numbers.
Football NSW’s Community Development Officer Robert Fitzgerald was looking forward to the season ahead and was delighted to have NOVA Employment on board.
“It’s great to see Nova Employment support such a great initiative in what will be a highly competitive but fun competition this year.
“I would like to wish the best of luck to all participating clubs, officials, coaches, players and referees in what promises to be the biggest yet.

Football NSW, in conjunction with Sports 4 All, NSW Government Office of Communities Sport & Recreation, Special Olympics and the Australian Paralympic Committee, developed the concept of the Nova Employment AWD Futsal League in 2013 to promote more opportunities to athletes with disability to participate in Football NSW’s programs, as well as further the growth of futsal across NSW.
The AWD Futsal League is held in conjunction with Football NSW’s “Football 4 All” initiative.
