The competition moves into top gear for round four with some exciting matches to indulge in as the table starts to take shape.

Gladesville Ravens vs UNSW Lions, Sunday 1st May 2016, Peel Park, 3pm

Fresh from taking their first points of the season, the Ravens look to build with a second straight game at home against the UNSW Lions.

Their coach John Cook will need to manage his depleted squad after several injuries against SD Raiders but they will be upbeat after Paige Vansaarloos’ double.

UNSW Lions are fifth coming into this weekend after some middling results so need to start building results to keep pace with the top four.

Lions coach Renato Jalen will lean on Amanda Amberg and Georgia Goulding to guide his side in what will be an open contest at Peel Park.

Western NSW Mariners FC vs APIA Leichhardt Tigers, Sunday 1st May 2016, Rangers Park, 3pm

Free flowing APIA Leichhardt head west for their toughest test of the young season against a talented Western NSW Mariners FC.

The Tigers head to Rangers Park in fine fettle with back to back 7-1 victories headlined by Dana Buttigieg’s hat-trick against Mount Druitt.

It isn’t only powerful striker that will cause Mariners troubles so coach Mark Godbier needs his back four to be resolute.

Western NSW Mariners aren’t firing blanks either with former W-League player Sammie Wood coming off a fine performance against UNSW Lions.

These elements make for a thrilling contest this Sunday afternoon.

St George FC vs Mount Druitt Town Rangers, Sunday 1st May 2016, St George Soccer Stadium, 3pm

St George FC has plundered nine goals in their last two fixtures and are full of confidence as they welcome Mount Druitt to St George Stadium.

The Saints found their attacking rhythm the last fortnight and  their front three of Amy Bennett, Renee Mansour and Marissa Nicopoulos has benefitted.

It has been a rough trot for Mount Druitt early in the season but they have the experience in their squad to turn it around soon.

They currently are equal last but a few wins could help them rocket up the table which sets the table for a intriguing clash at St George Soccer Stadium.

SD Raiders vs Parramatta FC moved to 10/5/16 due to Hyundai A-League Grand Final between Adelaide United v Western Sydney Wanderers.
