In a massive coup for the PlayStation®4 National Premier Leagues NSW Women’s competition, Matildas star striker Lisa De Vanna has been snapped up by the North Shore Mariners.

De Vanna joins fellow Matildas stars Michelle Heyman who signed with the Illawarra Stingrays and Casey Dumont who was snapped up the Marconi Stallions, in keeping her match fit for the Rio Olympics.

The Matildas co-captain who led Melbourne City to a 2015-16 Westfield W-League title, will be one major draw card for any eager football fans wanting to watch the women’s game at its peak in NSW’s top tier competition.

The 31-year-old, who recently moved to Sydney, will line up for her first match against the Macarthur Rams on Sunday at Lynwood Park with kick off set for 3pm.
