FNSW Institute Girls and Coach Education unite

This week saw another great coming together of Elite Football programs and Advanced Coach Education in NSW.
The Under 13s and Under 14s Football NSW Institute Girls incorporated working with candidate C Licence coaches in training at Valentine Sports Park.
Football NSW Institute Coaches Matt Turvey and newly appointed Western Sydney Wanderers W -League coach Rich Byrne assisted in what was a great evening.
Women’s Technical Coordinator and Football NSW U/15s Coach Nadine Shiels organised the sessions and was delighted with the way it went.
“It was great to have the Girls problem solving with an unfamiliar coach and a different set of tasks in the session. All coaches agreed they responded well and the Matildas game that followed capped off the night.”
Wednesday’s session was followed by watching the Westfield Matildas in action at Valentine Sports Park in their build up to the 2016 Rio de Janiero Olympic Games.
