As the winter Football season begins to wind up, the excitement levels of players rockets through the roof with thousands of MiniRoos players taking part in Association and Club Gala Days.

On the 7th of August, Northern Suburbs Football Association in conjunction with their PlayStation 4 National Premier League Team Northern Tigers celebrated female football as girls from across the association made their way to Mills Park to take part in a Mini World Cup, along with supporting the Tigers first grade against Sutherland Shire FA.

Canterbury District Soccer Football Association had their share of Gala Days on the 13th and 14th August with 45 separate events running over the weekend for MiniRoos age groups Under 8 – Under 11, Mixed and Girls competitions.

Football NSW were able to add to the already electric atmosphere of game day over the weekend by activating the AIA Vitality MiniRoos Inflatable shooting target across three venues; Centenary Park, Earlwood Oval and Beaman Park.

While finally on the 13th of August, Blacktown District Football Association venues were also full to the brim with rescheduled Gala Days taking shape after last weekend’s rain for each MiniRoos age group ranging from Under 5s to Under 11s.
