Football NSW State Member Protection Workshop
A day for MPIOs to receive updated training and learn from expert presenters on member protection and child protection has been announced to take shape on Tuesday 25th of July at Football NSW’s Valentine Sports Park from 9:30am to 3pm.
This workshop will include the recognised MPIO face-to-face training course, Networking lunch and a special presentation “Crossing Professional Boundaries”.
This workshop is open to MPIOs, CEOs, General Managers, Committee members, employees and volunteers of Clubs and Associations affiliated with Football NSW and NSW Referee Branches.
Member Protection Information Officers play an important role in sport.
The role of the MPIO operates within a club, association or referee branch and at Football NSW.
The MPIO provides information and options in relation to member protection, child protection and Working with Children Check enquiries.
Cost: $25.00 per person (incl. GST) includes lunch. – Bookings are essential.
(Workshop fee can be invoiced to your club, association or referee branch with approval)
Workshop participants should also complete the MPIO online training at PlayByTheRules.
Persons attending this workshop who have also completed the on-line training will receive a Certificate of Recognition.
