Tobin guest stars at Southern Districts FA monthly club’s meeting

Football NSW’s Men’s Coach Education Manager and former Socceroo Alex Tobin was a special guest at a recent Southern Districts Soccer Football Association monthly meeting where he engaged with all its clubs on the evening.

Tobin spoke to all club delegates about the importance of Coach Education as well as discussed the youth football structure and forthcoming plans on what lies in store for the game in this state.

He also took part in question and answer sessions where he was asked a whole range of questions revolving around football and issues related to the world game.

Southern Districts FA Technical Director Rodney Galic was encouraged by Tobin’s visit which proved to be very insightful for all the club representatives that attended on the night.

“Southern Districts FA was extremely thankful for Alex’s visit and time.

“The fact that Football NSW is informing the associations at grassroots level about any upcoming programs was very beneficial to all involved on the night.”
