Roselea FC host ALDI MiniRoos gala day
Roselea Football Club certainly made the North West Sydney Women’s Football district proud last Sunday after hosting a sensational ALDI MiniRoos Gala Day.
It was a stunning turnout as over 300 young female footballers aged between six and 11 participated, with games being held on Carlingford Oval.
The adjoining Roselea Oval also played host to junior and senior girls matches on the day, which was a first for Roselea FC at this venue.
Football NSW proudly supported the event with MiniRoos Development Officer Zac Ribeiro on hand to run the FNSW Shooting Wall and ALDI Fresh Fruit give away, which the girls certainly made the most of.
All in all, the day was a tremendous success and special mention goes out to Roselea FC Vice President-Women’s Rohan Primrose and NWSF MiniRoos Coordinator Jeff Saul, for their tireless work in creating such an amazing event.
