Silver Medal Dinner success

The 2017 Football NSW Medal Dinner took centre stage at the Doltone House, Pyrmont on Friday 22nd of September as players, coaches, officials as well as high profile guests attended what was a fantastic evening acknowledging the achievements from the PlayStation4 National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s and Women’s 2 and 3 seasons as well as the State League Men’s and Women’s.

It was a fantastic season for both males and females as they got together in a monumental evening where over a record number of 650 guests attended with the night proudly presented by Fox Sports’ Chief Football commentator Simon Hill.

Well over 40 awards were given on the evening as Western NSW Mariners’ Teegan Courtney claimed the Player of the Year in the State League Women’s while Masudi Elongo was the pick of the bunch from Nepean FC who had a stellar season in the State League Men’s.

Amaury Gauthier showed his class as he took out the Player of the Year for Rydalmere FC Lions in the PS4 NPL 3 NSW Men’s competition while Sydney Olympic’s Kate Halaska was top of the pops in the PS4 NPL 2 NSW Women’s league.

Finally, St George FC’s Spanish import Juan Carlos Heras Romero took out the final award of the night claiming the Silver Medal for a standout year in the PS4 NPL 2 NSW Men’s competition.
