PUMA Champion of Champions Semis this weekend

The stage has been set as 72 teams will lock horns at venues across Sydney on Sunday 15th of October for the 2017 PUMA Champion of Champions Semi-Finals with a prestigious Grand Final spot up for grabs.

In what has been a very competitive field of teams across the eighteen age groups spanning from the Under 12s right through to the Over 45 men, as many as 1150 players across NSW will face off in what will be a fantastic weekend of football.

Associations from all over NSW will compete for the right to earn a spot in this year’s finals to be held at Valentine Sports Park, the spiritual home to Football NSW, on Sunday 22nd of October.

Manly Warringah Football Association will head into the Semi-Finals with as many as an incredible 10 teams, the highest of any other association.

Along with Manly there will be various club representatives from Associations such as Macarthur (6), Southern Districts (6), Canterbury (5), Central Coast (5), Nepean (5), Blacktown (4), Football South Coast (4), Gladesville Hornsby (4), North West Sydney Womens (4), Northern Suburbs (4), Sutherland (4), Granville (3), Hills (3), St George (2) while Eastern Suburbs, Bankstown, Dubbo and Southern Tablelands will all have one representative team contesting.

Club wise, Forest Killarney, Wakehurst FC, Camden Tigers, Narellan Rangers, Abbotsford JFC, Terrigal United, Springwood United and the Gladesville Ravens will be well represented with two teams each – a massive feat and achievement by all clubs.
