#FemaleFootballWeek with the Gladesville Ravens

Female-Football-Week-Gladesville

The Gladesville Ravens were seeing purple, after a fun-filled weekend all in the support of Female Football Week for our NSW Clubs.

On Thursday the 8th of March all the girls from the club received their purple shoelaces, at there Bedlam Bay training night. The shoelaces were adored by the girls, who were more than keen to laces up their boots the weekend’s matches. The athletes from the Girls SAP also received drink bottles, key rings and some female football week themed tattoos for the weekend’s festivities.

With game day held on Sunday the 11th of March, the Gladesville Ravens were ready to take on the new season with the help of their Female Football Week goodies.

The Gladesville Ravens got right behind the celebrations, with Female Football Week signage, giveaways and purple as far as the eye could see!

The Ravens girls from U14’s, U15’s, U17’s and even the senior ladies, swamped their regular laces for the Female Football Week kind, with the association embracing the day to it’s fullest.

U14’s, U15’s, U17’s  – All the girls proudly wore their purple laces for the game

The Gladesville Ravens would like to thank all their staff, volunteers and players for embracing the Female Football Week festivities. While Football NSW would in turn like to thank the Gladesville Ravens for their support in what has been a jam packed week of celebration for Female Football Week.
