Female Football Day at Hornsby Heights FC

Football NSW were able to introduce our new Game Development Officer Michali over the weekend, as Hornsby Heights FC celebrated Female Football Day on Sunday the 13th of May 2018

The celebrations kicked off early, with an abundance of activities which were held throughout the day despite the less than impressive weather which presented itself

The club had over 300 participants take part in the festivities which took part, including matches which range from Under 6’s all the way through to all age women’s.

The Football NSW dart board made an appearance at the event and proved to be quite the crowd pleaser, but none more so than special guest Chole Lozargo from the Westfield Matilda’s who also visited the session.

Football NSW would like to congratulate the Hornsby Heights Football Heights Football Club on a wonderful event, in their promotion of female participation with our game
