The Community Impact of Football in NSW – Survey

Football NSW and Northern NSW Football has partnered will the well respected and experienced management consultants Sports Business Partners (SBP) to conduct a study on the broader economic, social and community benefits of football.

The findings from the study will provide compelling evidence that investment in football facilities has significant, economic, health and social benefits for the entire community.

The results from the survey will be compiled by SBP and published in a final report to show the community impact of football in NSW. The report will demonstrate to all levels of Government and other key stakeholders the valuable contribution football makes to the community, and will assist with growing investment in our game.

With the state and federal elections fast approaching this research document accompanied with the state-wide facilities audit that Football NSW and Northern NSW is currently undertaking will form a strong evidence base for facility investment by all levels of Government in the future.
