2018/19 Summer Football Application & Agreement Form

Football NSW requires all Clubs to submit their playing strips and sponsors for the 2024 Competitions for approval. Football NSW will formally communicate to the Club if the playing strip is approved and to advise that manufacturing can commence.

Where asked to upload a file, please upload your manufacturers image of that specific clothing item as a .jpg, rather than a photo you have taken of the clothing

Please also ensure that any logos (i.e. sponsors logos) are included in the images, so we can view the logo and placement of the logo.
